Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 16 Back in the forest again, and the other vampire hunter, Vaughn, is attacking Damon. Damon wins and wants to know what Vaughn knows about Katherine. Turns out Katherine told Vaughn she’d help him find Silas and that she knew some werewolf girl who would be on the inside. Shane tells Bonnie that they just need to kill 12 more people to make everything right. Because each massacre of 12 marks the earth with power. They’ve had two big massacres and they need one more. Bonnie says no way and runs away and then somehow trips over Jeremy’s body and he asks her to help him. Why do I think Shane conjured that image?

The Vampire Diaries is an American supernatural-fantasy horror television series developed by Kevin Williamson, based on the book series of the same name by L. J. Smith. The series follows the life of Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev), who falls in love with vampire brothers Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon Salvatore (Ian Somerhalder). The series also focuses on the lives of Elena's friends and other inhabitants of the fictional town of Mystic Falls, Virginia, including Bonnie the witch, Tyler the werewolf, and Caroline the vampire. The series is a mix of teen drama and the supernatural. So Katherine is back on the Vampire Diaries but is she back for bad or is she back for good?

Summary: THE NEW NORMAL — Elena’s (Nina Dobrev) new outlook has everyone concerned, leading Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) to agree that going back to the normal routine of high school would be the best thing for her. Caroline (Candice Accola) is pleasantly surprised when Elena decides to rejoin the cheerleading squad, but her pleasure turns to shock when Elena’s behavior proves dangerous. Not giving up on their search for the cure, Damon and Rebekah (Claire Holt) work together until his unwanted advice catches her off-guard. Klaus (Joseph Morgan) tries to use Hayley (guest star Phoebe Tonkin) to get the information he’s after and makes an intriguing discovery in the process. Meanwhile, a bored Elena throws a wild party and gets into an ugly fight.

All we know is that she stole the cure from Silas last week and fled, but not after killing Jeremy. But can Jeremy be killed? He’s one of the Five. So the ring won’t work anymore.

Damon says he’s going to try and find Bonnie but instead he finds Rebekah. Rebekah wants to find Bonnie. Oh and Silas is now awake, after draining Jeremy’s blood.

Elena and Stefan heads back to Mystic Falls where Elena tries to

take care of Jeremy. Because Jeremy’s tattoo is gone, she thinks

maybe he’s not supernatural anymore because she can’t deal if he’s gone.

Bonnie wakes up with Professor Shane. Somehow Shane’s broken leg is miraculously fixed. She’s sad about Jeremy but Shane says she can bring everyone back.

Caroline can’t believe that after all that, the cure is just gone. Stefan said, for realz, he can’t believe Elena is going to stay a vampire.

Caroline says she’s going to call Matt and then call her mom.

Then they both smell Jeremy’s body decomposing. Come on now, gross.

Meredith comes to check on Jeremy. She tells Elena that it’s too late, that he died of blood loss and his broken neck and tells Elena to release her body to her and start burying the dead. Matt appears too and he’s sad. Elena says everything will be OK once Bonnie shows up.
Stefan calls Damon and tells him to come home because Elena is losing her mind and the sire bond will be the only thing to keep her together. Suddenly Bonnie appears.

Matt takes Elena to a graffiti covered wall in memory of Vicki, when Jeremy and Vicki were together. He says sometimes that no one is ever completely gone. He says sometimes hope is all that keeps him going.

In the meantime, where is Silas? What does he look like? Vaughn says if they don’t use the cure on Silas they’re all in trouble.

Bonnie tells everyone about the plan to kill 12 people. Shane convinced Bonnie that she can drop the veil so that every supernatural being on the other side is back. Sure Grams and Jeremy will be back but so will all the creepy others. Caroline and Matt are saying no no! But Elena is saying nothing.

Then April calls looking for Jeremy. Elena tells April he’s dead. She goes up to the body with Damon behind her. She finally realizes Jeremy is dead. And he smells.

She doesn’t understand how Damon can help her. Then Elena starts pouring lighter fluid around the house. She says she doesn’t want to live in the house. And she definitely doesn’t want the X-box.

She says every inch of the house are filling with memories of

people she loved who died. She can’t be there anymore. She’s losing

it. She says she can’t calm down.

Damon compels Elena to “turn it off” and everything will go away. He keeps telling her to turn it off. But what does that mean?

All emotions? Just the grief?

Caroline keeps calling Tyler, but he’s nowhere. She finally leaves a message telling him Jeremy is dead.

Matt drops off Bonnie at her house and then interestingly, Shane appears again. OK I really hate him. He tells Bonnie that they are the beginning.

Wait, but Rebekah is back in Nova Scotia still looking for Silas. She runs across Shane’s body. He grabs her ankle and calls for Silas. I’m so confused. Wait, is this like the Pure Evil in Buffy the Vampire Slayer that can take any dead person’s form?

Damon and Stefan say they can find another cover story.

Damon points out that the house will be gone and she might want to come home again. Then she drops the match. Really? She didn’t want any pictures of the people she loved? No memories?

The last scenes are of the flames taking over the house.

Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 16 And now that Blondie’s bestie has turned off her emotions, it seems like the gulf between them might widen. It could just be some random, innocent Mystic Falls student, but what if the baby bloodsucker gets into it with one of her own crew? Look at this picture of Caroline (Candice Accola). Something certainly has Vampire Barbie fuming. She and Elena have been sparring all season, ever since they discovered the newbie is sired to Damon (Ian Somerhalder). While Elena insists her feelings for the elder Salvatore are real, Caroline, a clear Stelena ‘shipper, thinks her friend has been brainwashed by the bond.

It’s about to be brought! According to the synopsis for The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 16, Elena (Nina Dobrev) gets into a physical altercation, and now we know who’s on the receiving end of her vamp rage.

Believe it or not, it’s Caroline (Candice Accola), TV Guide reports. A million times no! We were afraid this would happen.

Per the spoiler, this isn’t like the bicker spats the ladies have been getting into all season — this is a fangs bared, full-on vampire fight.

What do you think could cause these besties to come to blows? Maybe it’s the fact that Elena is strutting her naked stuff in front of both Salvatores?

Now that she has her emotions on mute, Julie Plec said in a recent interview that the new Elena “is more blunt and honest ... Elena is just more direct about getting exactly what it is that she wants. She doesn’t need to rely on the tricks that Katherine has to pull out of her bag.”

Perhaps Caroline is not a fan of said bluntness. Julie also previewed the girls’ conflict, saying, “Caroline is the fixer she’s the planner. She’s the best, most successful vampire in town, and she’s going to be right there in the mix wanting to help Elena. Unfortunately, Elena does not want her help, and it triggers some conflict between these two girls that’s both fun and sad at the same time.”

In addition to the blond vamp wanting to assist her friend, Caroline has been on Elena’s case about the Damon (Ian Somerhalder) sire bond situation. The fact that the tension between the two isn’t out of the blue makes us all the more nervous about what this altercation means for their friendship.

Vampire Diaries Season 4 Episode 16 Do you think these two will be able to reconcile over a nice cup of blood?

If you’ve seen the synopsis for The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 16, “Bring It On,” then you know that title might have nothing to do with Elena (Nina Dobrev) reclaiming her cheerleading past.

Sure, the new vampire picks up her pom poms again, but in addition to the rah-rahing and feeding on rivals, Elena is also throwing a party.

Frankly, we think throwing a high school party is a terrible idea. Inevitably, someone breaks your mom’s bust of Elvis or spills red wine on her suede outfit and you have to come up with the cash to replace it. We’ve seen it a million times (on reruns of Saved by the Bell).

Luckily, the kids of Mystic Falls don’t have to worry about things that. Their main concern is not getting seriously injured by one of their supernatural classmates. According to the episode synopsis, someone should definitely be concerned: Elena gets into an “ugly fight” at her own bash.

“You’re feeding on the competition?” a stunned Caroline asks Elena in the promo video. The in-control vampire clearly disapproves.

But we love Car and Elena’s friendship, so this is one theory we definitely hope will be debunked!

Meanwhile, a bored Elena throws a wild party and gets into an ugly fight. Jesse Warn directed the episode written by Elisabeth R. Finch & Michael Narducci.

Elena stretches on Stefan in "Bring It On"What is the “new” Elena Gilbert like now that she’s officially switched off her humanity and embraced her inner vampress? She’s sassy. She’s wild. She’s ravenous. And, oh my Salvatore, homegirl has no problem flashing her cheerleading spanks while stretching out her long, lean limbs in public.

In a new sneak peek video from The Vampire Diaries Season 4, Episode 16, Stefan (Paul Wesley) confronts Elena (Nina Dobrev) — who is the midst of warming up for a cheerleading competition — about her recent feeding habits. He doesn’t chastise her but seems very concerned with her questionable behavior. And you can’t blame the guy — after having gone full-on Ripper twice in his lifetime and destroying entire villages, he definitely knows a thing or two about the gruesome ramifications of blood lust.

In fact, Elena has spiraled so out of control that he actually dares to ask her (yes her, sweet compassionate former doppelganger) if she’s involved with the missing blood supply at the local hospital, to which she responds offhandedly, “Trust me. I’m sick of bloodbags. I prefer something a little warmer.”

Watch the “Bring It On” clip below and behold the new Elena as she casually raves about sinking her teeth into delicious human necks and uses Stefan’s shoulder as a balance beam:

In the event you’re unable to view the clip, check out Stelena’s full conversation word for word below!

Stefan: Hey. We need to talk.
Elena: So talk. You can help me stretch. [She places her bare leg on his shoulder. Stefan glances at it for a second.]
Stefan: Okay. Did you feed on that cheerleader?
Elena: Maybe.
Stefan: I see. You wouldn’t happen to know anything about the hospital’s missing blood supply, would you?
Elena: Trust me. I’m sick of bloodbags. I prefer something a little warmer.
Stefan: Look, Elena, I know what you’re going through. I was having the time of my life when I first turned too. I didn’t start ripping people’s heads off until 1912, and the next thing I know I was killing an entire village.
Elena: Am I supposed to be scared of becoming you?
Stefan: Yea you are ’cause I know how deep down you can fall, and I know how difficult it is to climb back out. [pauses] Come on. You’re better than this.
Elena: “I don’t know. Maybe this is the better version of me.”

Are you shocked by Elena’s blase attitude about feeding on innocent people? Do you think she’s on the verge of becoming a Ripper just like Stefan did? Post your thoughts in the comments!
