Shrimp like pest in my DWC bed

Hello everyone,I've recently discovered some shrimp like bugs hanging out in the root systems in my DWC. I have found them on my parsley and basil. The parsley looks pretty poor almost like an iron deficiency with yellowing in the leaves, but the basil is beautiful and seems unaffected.I'm wondering if anyone can identify this guy and let me know if he is harmful or beneficial.Thanks in advance for any help!Don…See More

"You could try placing a white or yellow plastic object with some olive oil on the surface to see what small bugs are around. This will let you see the mobile critters that aren't there when you are."
